Ashley Cook

Ashley Cook, the founder of ZOCCAM is a licensed attorney in the state of Texas. She received both her BA and Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University. After receiving her law degree, Ashley built a practice focused on representing title companies and real estate brokers. Ashley’s experience in the real estate industry gave her the vision to identify the need for technology that connects the realtors and buyers with the title company.

In 2015, Cook launched ZOCCAM, a platform that utilizes a mobile app to securely send documents and funds to the Escrow Agent in order to affect the deposit and open the order. Ashley’s passion for the industry drives her initiative to create innovative solutions that streamline transactions by decreasing manual efforts. Connecting the parties through technology decreases liability and increases transparency.

Ashley serves as a board member on the SMU Dedman School of Law Emerging Leader Board, the Ebby Halliday Foundation, the TLTA PAC Board, the University Park Firefighter Pension Board and is an active member of the Texas Land Title Association and American Land Title Association. She teaches continuing education to realtors and lawyers and is a part of the TLTA cyber security Task Force.
