Grace Auther

Grace Auther has over eight years of experience in customer experience and operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Zocdoc since September 2015, with previous roles including Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager. Prior to Zocdoc, Grace was a Financial Advisor Intern at Merrill Lynch, where expertise in client acquisition and financial instrument valuation was developed. Earlier experience includes a sales role at Frances Vintage, where skills in customer service and inventory management were honed. Grace holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Finance from Arizona State University, obtained in 2015.
