Founder & CEO at ZoCo Design

Lacey Picazo has held a variety of roles in the design and business industries since 2008. In 2008, they were an Assistant Scheduling Manager and Designer at The Jerome Schottenstein Center, where they provided administrative support and managed scheduling for 400+ employees. In 2009, they were a Design Assistant at The Ohio State University Urban Arts Space, where they engaged with professional artists and clients, organizing and promoting their exhibits. In 2010, they were a Graphic Designer at The Ohio State University Department of Athletics, where they worked one-on-one with head coaches to define their needs and provide effective solutions. In 2011, they held two positions as a Design Associate at both Big Red Rooster and Integrate Inc., where they focused on branding communications and customer experiences. In 2012, they were a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep at Vertical Pharmaceuticals, where they managed a territory spanning 100+ miles promoting 8 different pharmaceutical products. In 2015, they were a Co-Founder at Lumos Innovation. In 2019, they became a Member of the Design Leadership Forum at InVision. Finally, since 2013, they have been the Founder & CEO of ZoCo Design, a UX and product design studio for customer-centric software companies.

Lacey Picazo holds a Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication Design from The Ohio State University.
