Mike Sadarangani

Mike Sadarangani has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Business Cashier at HSBC in 2012, followed by positions as Cash Management Supervisor and Senior Branch Clerk. Mike then moved to Citi as a Compliance/AML Analyst, where they developed and implemented a new due diligence platform, digitizing the system and reducing the turnaround time. Mike later became a Senior Compliance/AML Analyst, focusing on evaluating Enhanced Due Diligence for higher-risk customers and ensuring compliance across critical operations processes.

After Citi, Mike joined Genpact as a Manager Consulting Services, where they worked until 2021. Mike then moved to EY as a Manager, specializing in Financial Crime & Forensics until 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Financial Crime Compliance at Zodia Custody.

Mike Sadarangani completed their high school education at Hastings School from 1993 to 2007, where they obtained their A-Levels. Mike then attended the University of Nottingham from 2007 to 2010, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance.
