Laura Lassance de Oliveira Morais has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Laura started their career as an Informatics Tutor at Colégio Técnico de Campinas - UNICAMP in 2012. Laura then worked as an Intern in internal tool development (Java) at Movile in 2012. Laura had an internship in iOS Development at Movile in 2015, where they worked on the development of the PlayKids app. In 2016, they worked as an Intern in Software Development at Sciere Tecnologias Educacionais S.A.

In 2017, Laura joined Tessi lab as a Summer Intern, where they were responsible for the first design of a platform to treat KYC/KYS processes. Laura worked on the platform's back-end structure and designed an adaptable and modulable database. In 2018, Laura worked as a Masters Student at Inria, where they conducted a user experiment and analyzed qualitative and sensorial data on the influence of the instructor's image in a learner's MOOC experience.

Laura served as a Technology Consultant Intern at Visagio Technology in 2018, working with a team of both Technology and Business Consultants on indicators used in high management level decision-making processes. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Palantir Technologies as a Forward Deployed Engineer. In this role, they developed data pipelines and data foundation, built actionable workflows within Palantir's web-platforms for large international companies, and contributed to a web component (React) for an operational manufacturing supply chain workflow. Laura also gave live demos of the workflows in customer meetings.

Currently, Laura is working as a Software Engineer at ZOE since 2020.

Laura Lassance de Oliveira Morais has a comprehensive education history. Laura began their education at Colégio Técnico de Campinas (COTUCA) from 2010 to 2012, earning a degree in Informática. Laura then pursued further studies at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering.
