Lauren Duffy

Lauren Duffy has extensive experience in operations analytics, supply chain management, and consulting. Lauren is currently the Head of Operations Analytics & Process Improvements at ZOE, where they lead a team focused on providing data-driven insights and project-based analytics to improve operational performance. Prior to this, Lauren worked at Wayfair in various roles, including Associate Director of Analytics, CastleGate Forwarding, Associate Director of Operations Analytics, and Senior Manager, Supply Chain Analytics, Network & Transportation Design. In these positions, they were responsible for strategic design, network optimization, and supply chain analytics. Before Wayfair, Lauren was a Senior Associate at PwC and worked as a Consultant at Tompkins International. Lauren also gained valuable industry experience at Hurley International and the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, where they participated in the M.I.S.E. Program and held roles in business development and pricing analysis. Lauren began their career as an intern at GKN Inc. throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong analytical skills, project management abilities, and a dedication to improving operational efficiency.

Lauren Duffy completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2001 to 2005, they attended Appalachian State University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) with a focus on International Business and German. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, Lauren pursued their Masters of Arts degree in Global Logistics at California State University, Long Beach.
