Anna Bello

Anna Bello has over 15 years of work experience. Anna began their career in 2006 as a Tour Operator Representative for Alpitour, where they were responsible for representing an Italian Tour Operator and assisting Italian guests during their vacations at the TTOO's centers in Balearic and Canary Islands. In 2008, they moved to Meliá Hotels International (Gran Melia Palacio de Isora) as a SPA Receptionist, where they were responsible for counseling guests on treatments bookings, selling spa products, welcoming and greeting customers, cash handling, administrative duties, creating and promoting beauty packages, and creating weekly reports of sales. In 2010, they joined Best Western Italia Hotel Cristallo as a Front Desk Manager, where they were responsible for supervising daily reception activity and ensuring proper room assignment, including V.I.P. In 2012, they began working for MARKETING 4 SUNSET GROUP as a Guest Experiences Vacation Club. In 2015, they joined Booking.com as a Market Manager and Account Manager, where they were responsible for opening the Mexican Market for the “Tours and Activities” Segment for Booking.com, prospecting new leads of operators of tours and attractions, managing a portfolio of properties in different destinations across the Yucatan Peninsula, growing company business by supporting partners (hoteliers and property managers) in commercial decisions to improve sales through the platform, and organizing and performing acquisition and commercial workshops, events, and attending local tourism trade shows. In 2021, they joined Zoek: Expand Your Reach as a Sales Trainer and Mudafy as a Senior Commercial Advisor - Sureste.

Anna Bello began their education in 1996 when they attended Liceo Scientifico Paleocapa and earned their Bachilerato in Ciencias in 2001. Anna then continued their education at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, where they earned their degree in Economy y Managment of Cultural Activities in 2007, with a focus in Organizacion de eventos culturales y artisticos.
