Clint Mefford

Clint Mefford is a seasoned communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in the livestock industry. Currently serving as the Head of Communications & Marketing Operations for U.S. Livestock at Zoetis since March 2021, Clint leads the strategy and execution of communication for the Cattle, Pork, and Poultry divisions. Prior roles include Head of U.S. Cattle Communications & Marketing Operations at Neogen Corporation, where Clint developed global marketing strategies for genomic products, and Director of Communications at the American Angus Association, focusing on marketing and public relations to enhance the organization’s presence. Clint's background also includes coaching and instructing at Connors State College and Oklahoma State University, complemented by a Master’s degree in Agricultural Communication/Journalism and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, both from Oklahoma State University.
