Joshua O'Connell attended Fairfield University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Journalism. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Trumbull High School from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Joshua also obtained the certification of Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in July 2011.
