John Bratincevic

John Bratincevic is the Director of Platform Strategy at Zoho since August 2025. Prior to this role, John served as a Principal Analyst at Forrester from March 2020 to August 2025, focusing on low-code and citizen development as pivotal elements for transformation in the software-driven landscape. John co-founded Calabash, where from March 2013 to February 2020, the emphasis was on delivering transformational process improvement projects utilizing Lean principles and low-code platforms. Earlier experience includes positions at XPO as Program Manager, where John applied Lean methodologies in the oil and gas sector, and at Navistar Inc. as Project Manager Associate. John's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Business Management and Music from Elmhurst University.
