Chirag Narendra Malkan

Chirag Narendra Malkan has a varied work experience. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as an Associate System Engineer at Atos India, primarily focusing on Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Folder Access. In this role, they also served as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for Siemens Energy and supported Level 1 Engineers.

From 2016 to 2019, Chirag worked at Continuum, where they held the position of Technical Support Specialist L3 - Active Directory. In this role, they were responsible for tasks such as promoting and demoting domain controllers, troubleshooting issues related to AD replication, DNS, DHCP, and NTFS permissions. Chirag Narendra also handled escalations from lower-level support teams and directly assisted clients.

In 2019, Chirag joined NeoSOFT as a Cloud Architect.
