Elisa Litty

Elisa Litty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Elisa started their career as a Graphic Design Intern at 5 CUPS and some sugar in 2014, followed by a Media Design Intern position at Albuera Design. In 2016, they joined the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in the Department of ICT Services as part of the Content Management Team. Concurrently, Elisa started working as a Digital Media Designer at their own company, which they held until 2017.

From 2017 to 2019, Elisa worked at USU Solutions, where they initially served as a UX Designer & Consultant and later as a UX Design Professional & Consultant. During their time at USU Solutions, they gained experience in creating user interfaces, collaborating with different teams, and presenting at conferences.

In 2020, Elisa joined DKB Code Factory GmbH as a Senior UX/UI Designer - Product. Their responsibilities included product design for financial solutions, improving desirability and usability, managing design systems, ensuring consistency across teams, and participating in strategy and planning. Elisa also worked on documentation, handoff, and workflows with developers.

Currently, Elisa is a Senior Product Designer at zolar, a position they started in 2023. Additional details about this role were not provided. Overall, Elisa has developed a strong background in product design, UX/UI design, and digital media design, working with various clients and adapting to different corporate goals and user needs.

Elisa Litty began their education journey in 2013 at Hugo-Kückelhaus-Berufskolleg der Stadt Essen, where they pursued a degree in Design Technical Assistant. Elisa focused on Graphic and Object Design during their time there, completing their studies in 2015.

In 2015, Elisa enrolled at the Institute of Distance Learning - Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology. Elisa pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree with a specialization in UX Design, within the field of Print and Media Technology. Their studies were completed in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Elisa obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Elisa earned a C2 Proficient level EF SET Certificate from EF Education First in December 2019. Elisa also obtained the UXQB Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience (CPUX-F) certification from UXQB - International Usability and User Experience Qualification Board e.V. in April 2019.

Furthermore, Elisa has acquired several certifications in the field of design. Elisa completed the course "Web Design for Usability" from Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) in July 2019. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in Mobile User Experience (UX) Design from Interaction Design Foundation as well.

More recently, Elisa has focused on obtaining certifications related to business innovation and strategy. Elisa completed the courses "Business Innovation," "Designing a Business — Build and test new business ideas," and "Designing Strategy — Unite rigor and creativity to create a successful strategy" from IDEO U in April 2022 and February 2022, respectively.

Lastly, Elisa acquired the Ordinance on Aptitude of Instructors/AEVO certification from IHK Berlin in August 2017, demonstrating their commitment to professional development and teaching abilities.
