Jan Busse

Jan Busse has extensive work experience in the legal field. They started their career as a Legal Counsel at E.ON Hanse AG in 2003 before moving on to work as a Scientific Assistant at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg from 2004 to 2006. They then joined Yello Strom GmbH as a Legal Counsel from 2006 to 2010 and later worked as the Head of the Legal Department at Kofler Energies Club AG from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2018, Jan served as the General Counsel CEE at Dentsu Aegis Network. Most recently, Jan held the position of Head of Legal at ABLE Management Services GmbH from 2018 to 2023. They currently work as the Head of Legal at zolar.

Jan Busse completed their education in law from the University of Hamburg. Jan obtained their First State Examination in Law in the years 1995 to 1999. Following this, they pursued further legal studies at the OLG Hamburg and achieved a Second State Examination in Law from 2001 to 2003. In the year 2000, Jan Busse also engaged in studies related to Commercial Law at the Hamburg Bar Association and the University of Hamburg, although no specific degree is mentioned for this period.
