Heather Whitefield-Potts

Heather Whitefield-Potts is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software program management and product development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at ZOLL Medical Corporation, a position held since April 2017, Heather has previously held a role as a Senior Software Program Manager at Honeywell Sensing and Productivity Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing the full lifecycle of product development and promoting Agile Scrum processes as a Certified Scrum Master. Additional expertise was gained as a Product Manager at McKesson, Project Manager at Tollgrade Communications, Software Engineer at Bechtel Bettis, and Edison Engineer at GE Aerospace. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
