Leanna Dinsmore

Leanna Dinsmore has over 30 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Leanna is currently the Human Resources Director at ZOLL Medical Corporation since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Quanta Dialysis Technologies as a People Leader - North America, where they played a key role in driving growth strategies, team building, and HR partnership. Before that, they held positions at Philips, including Director Human Resources People Leader, where they led HR managers and drove HR programs and processes for business performance. Leanna also worked as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, partnering with commercial operations teams and facilitating initiatives. Leanna's earlier career includes roles as an HR Administrator at PCM/Schlumberger Sema and as the Director of Bachelor Program/Assistant Director at Hesser College.

Leanna Dinsmore has completed Master Degree level courses towards an MBA at Southern New Hampshire University. Leanna also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in HR from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Hesser College. Leanna has also obtained a certification in Skip-Level Meetings from LinkedIn, which was obtained in 2023.
