Nora Kinsella

Nora Kinsella is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational leadership with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Development and Learning Partner at ZOLL Medical Corporation since April 2021, Nora collaborates with business leaders and HR partners to implement talent development strategies for a global workforce of 3,000. Prior to this role, Nora held the position of Director of Talent Development at Clarks Americas from 2006 to 2020, where responsibilities included managing talent acquisition and performance management across the US and Canada. Nora's background also includes leadership roles in customer service at Clarks Americas and Monster, as well as consulting and training in leadership development at Dale Carnegie Training. Educationally, Nora holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The College of New Jersey.
