Paul Huehmer

Paul Huehmer has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Paul started as a Sales Manager at Maxtor in 1986, where they grew OEM and distribution account penetration. Paul then worked at IBM from 1994 to 2002, where they established the OEM partnership with EMC and contributed to establishing IBM's North American distribution channel. Following that, they joined Hitachi GST, where they directed global business development, sales, and support for enterprise storage products. In 2010, they held positions at Dell and HCL Technologies, where they focused on pre-sales initiatives and global sales and account support strategies. Paul later joined Dell EMC in 2011 as a Senior Manager, overseeing global supplier engineering and creating a strategic supplier qualification and reliability system. In 2018, they became the Director of Quality at ZT Systems, focusing on developing the company's global quality strategy and managing the global QE staff. Paul is currently the Director of Global Supplier Quality Engineering at ZOLL Medical Corporation, starting in 2020.

Paul Huehmer has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Paul also completed the IBM Client Executive Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Additionally, they have a certification in Six Sigma.
