Shane Volpe

Shane Volpe is an experienced engineering professional with a background in embedded systems and communications transport. Since July 2004, Shane has been the Manager of Embedded Systems Development at ZOLL Medical Corporation, overseeing a team responsible for the design of hardware and software for life-saving embedded systems. Prior to this role, Shane held various engineering positions, including Senior Engineer, Advisory Engineer, and Staff Engineer at C-COR from 1999 to 2004, where responsibilities included designing high-speed digital and fiber optic communications systems and writing C/C++ code for embedded processors. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, obtained in 1999.
