Susan Brouder

Susan Brouder has extensive experience in program management and customer support within the medical devices industry, currently serving as a Senior International Program Manager at ZOLL Medical Corporation since 2006. In this role, Susan manages contracts and provides comprehensive support to clients throughout the lifecycle of medical equipment projects. Prior to this, Susan was involved in customer support and administration at ZOLL and Coldwell Banker, and owned a home-based spa while serving as an independent business owner. Additionally, experience as an Implementation Manager at Scitex America involved coordinating equipment logistics and training. Susan holds an Associate's degree in Merchandising and Business from Middlesex Community College and has pursued further education at Southern New Hampshire University.
