Vinita Sinha

Vinita Sinha currently serves as Vice President and Executive General Counsel at ZOLL Medical Corporation, a position held since September 2019, after previously holding the title of Vice President and Division General Counsel. Prior to joining ZOLL, Vinita was the Head of Global Commercial Legal Affairs at Getinge from January 2016 to September 2019. Additionally, Vinita served on the Board of the Association of Corporate Counsel, holding various leadership roles including President in 2017 and Past-President in 2018. Vinita's earlier legal experience includes roles as Counsel at Highmark and Associate positions at both Eckert Seamans and DKW Law. Educationally, Vinita holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
