Lori Cater

Lori Cater, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director for North America at ZOLLER Inc. since June 2016, previously holding the title of Human Resources Manager within the same company. Lori's expertise lies in designing and implementing international human resources programs, managing staffing, compensation, employee relations, and health and safety initiatives. Prior to ZOLLER Inc., Lori gained extensive experience as HR Manager at Builders Carpet Outlet from May 1999 to February 2022, overseeing all management functions. Lori also held leadership roles at Community Alliance as Director of Human Resources and Senior HR Generalist, and began professional career as General Merchandising Manager at Winn Dixie Stores. Lori holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Cleary University.
