Cathrine Solem

Cathrine Solem is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and human resources. Currently serving as CPO at Zolve AS since May 2024, Cathrine previously held various roles at EGGS, part of Sopra Steria, from May 2017 to April 2024, including People and Culture Manager and Office Manager, where responsibilities included developing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, managing personnel handbooks, and organizing events. Prior to EGGS, Cathrine was the Daglig leder at Concret Interiør avd. Netthandel and Bit Papercut, and worked as a Flyvertinne at SAS from 1998 to 2014. Cathrine's educational background includes studies at Ecademy Fagskole and Encefalon Institutt, complemented by secondary education at Nidareid videregående skole.
