Vikas Chandola

Vikas Chandola has extensive experience in collections and credit risk management. Their most recent position is as the Head of Collections at Zolve, where they are responsible for directing the collection team and establishing the overall collection strategy. Prior to this, they worked at Polaris Inc. as an AR Manager, overseeing the management and collection of Auto Loans. At EXL, they served as the Lead Assistant Manager - OTC AR Collections Auto Loan US, managing collections activities and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Vikas also has experience at Altisource as the Lead Client Services & Collections for the card business, where they focused on delivering client service and identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, they have worked as a Team Coach Collections and Senior Recovery Specialist at Altisource, and as a Collections Analyst at iQor.

Vikas Chandola completed their Diploma in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician from IMTS in 2007. Vikas then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mewar University between 2010 and 2013. Following that, they obtained a Master's degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Mewar University from 2013 to 2015.
