Dinesh Sharma

Dinesh Sharma is a seasoned Program Manager at Zomato, with extensive experience in leading operations and strategic initiatives for onboarding delivery partners across Digital and 3rd Party channels since November 2017. Dinesh has held various significant roles within Zomato, including Associate Program Manager, where projects focused on enhancing delivery partner and customer experiences were spearheaded, and Assistant Manager, which involved managing logistics operations with 3rd party companies such as Rapido and Shadowfax. As Team Lead, Dinesh improved cost utilization strategies and user experience in major cities while successfully launching online ordering services in over 300 Tier 3 to Tier 5 cities. Educationally, Dinesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from UIET MDU. Additionally, during the COVID-19 lockdown, Dinesh served as Community Manager for Zomato Feeding India, overseeing operations for a major campaign that delivered 11.6 million meals to daily wage earners.
