Janice James

Janice James is a dedicated psychologist currently employed at MindPeers and The Social Therapist, having started at both organizations in late 2021. Prior to these positions, Janice gained valuable experience as a student intern at POSH at Work, contributing to content creation for the Mental Health Handbook and collaborating on a survey regarding sexual harassment in the workplace. Earlier experience includes an internship at Chetanalaya, focusing on interventions for reintegration and conducting a research study on eve teasing influenced by cross-cultural differences in Delhi. Janice holds an M.Sc in Psychological Counseling from the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research, earned between 2019 and 2021, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Jesus & Mary College, completed in 2019.
