Shruti Batra

Shruti Batra is a seasoned Quality Analyst and Trainer at Zomato since July 2021, with a prior role as Sr. Associate in Social Media Operations. Additionally, Shruti has been a Freelancer French Instructor from August 2015 to the present. Previous experience includes working as an Operations Executive and Customer Relations Associate at the British Council from July 2016 to March 2021. Shruti's educational background includes a PGDM in Business Administration, Management and Operations from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) completed in 2021, a degree in French language and literature from Alliance Française de Delhi (2016), and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce from Delhi University (2016).
