Josianne Taillon

Josianne Taillon has extensive experience in human resources and real estate. Since March 2011, Josianne has served as the Directrice des Ressources Humaines at UsiHOME inc., where responsibilities include providing advisory services in human resource management, overseeing workforce management, recruitment, and the implementation of HR programs and policies. Josianne leads a skilled team to enhance service delivery and participates in significant projects and management committees. In addition to this role, Josianne has been a real estate broker at Remax Business since May 2016, focusing on the impactful nature of property ownership. Earlier experience includes serving as an Agente en ressources humaines at Teknika HBA from October 2004 to March 2011. Josianne holds a Certificat in Ressources humaines from Université de Sherbrooke, an AEC in residential real estate from Collège de l'immobilier du Québec, and a Diplôme d'études professionnelles in administration and accounting from École d’administration, de secrétariat et d’informatique de Sherbrooke.
