CM is currently the Head of New Initiatives at Zomentum. Prior to this, CM was the Vice President of Product Management at Brightfield from December 2018 to August 2021. Before Brightfield, CM was the Co-Founder and Head of Product at HireCruise from January 2017 to September 2018. Additionally, CM has also worked as the Head of Product Strategy for TalentNeuron at Gartner from June 2018 to December 2018 and as the Customer Success Director at Gartner from April 2016 to October 2017. Prior to Gartner, CM was the Co-Founder and Product Management at Bhakth App from July 2015 to January 2017.
