Ashley Roberson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ashley began their career as an Office Assistant at The Financial Services Group in 1996 and worked there until 2003. In 2004, they transitioned to teaching as a Professor at Wake Technical Community College, where they taught core courses to undergraduate students. In 2005, Ashley worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Charter Funding before joining Zonda in 2006. At Zonda, they held various roles including Field Research Manager, where they managed a proprietary database tracking housing activity, and Senior Research Manager and Change Management Lead, where they oversaw the Raleigh data and staff while implementing company-wide change initiatives. Ashley also served as a liaison between research managers and product development teams to enhance cloud-based software programs.
