Deanna Hammond has over 18 years of experience in research and technical support, currently serving as the Manager of Research Process and Solutions at Zonda since August 2005. In this role, Deanna oversees the research process and solutions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Prior to Zonda, Deanna worked at Metrostudy in August 2005 as a Technical Support and Research Manager, where responsibilities included delivering exceptional customer and technical support to members and employees, as well as managing case processes and reporting metrics using Salesforce.
