Sarah Palmer

Sarah Palmer is currently serving as the Board President of the Delta Conveyance Design and Construction JPA, as well as holding the position of Director - Vice President at Zone 7 Water Agency. Additionally, she is a member of the Rotary Club of Livermore Valley and serves as a Director for the Livermore Valley Water Financing Authority. Sarah is also involved in various committees at the Association of California Water Agencies, focusing on water quality and agriculture. She holds a PhD in Cell Physiology / Biochemistry from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Political Science from New York University.
