Jenn Darnell

Jenn Darnell, SPHR has a diverse work experience. Jenn started their career as a Training and Development Consultant at Canopy Construction in 2011. Jenn then held various roles at the company, including Office Manager and Office Manager - Headquarters. In 2014, they became an Office Manager at ADHI American Dream Home Improvement, Inc. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Special Education Teacher at Collinsville Community Unit School District #10. In 2019, they became a Human Resources Administrator at SITEX Environmental Inc. | SITEX Safety & Rescue, LLC, and later promoted to Human Resources Manager. Jenn also worked as the Director of Recruiting at Stange Law Firm, PC in 2020. In 2020, they joined O'Hara Outdoors as a Human Resources Manager/Office Manager. In 2021, they became the Director of Human Resources at Munie Greencare Professionals before transitioning to the same role at Zone Enterprises in 2024.

Jenn Darnell, SPHR has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Educational Studies from Ashford University. Jenn also holds a Master of Arts (MAED) degree in Elementary Education from Missouri Baptist University. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Speech Communication with a focus on Public Relations and Mass Communication from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Jenn Darnell has obtained certifications in Payroll Administration from Rippling and in Human Resources from HRCI, specifically the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. The certifications were obtained in 2023.
