Jim Hirt

Jim Hirt currently serves as Vice President of Eastern United States for IT Solutions and Services at Zones, LLC, overseeing sales and client satisfaction since February 2025. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Region Vice President at ePlus inc., where responsibilities included leading sales teams, go-to-market strategies, and overall business P&L management from June 2022 to January 2025. Additionally, Jim contributed to revenue growth and client satisfaction in positions at Avaya and Webex, where leadership in sales and professional services development was key. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ursinus College and has engaged in ongoing education at IMD since 2015.
