Claudio Costantini has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Zonin1821, overseeing the entire geography of Italy and the rest of the world. Prior to this, they worked at Kimberly-Clark, where they served as the General Manager/Amministratore Delegato for the Italy business, managing P&L responsibilities and implementing growth strategies. Claudio also held the role of Sales Director at Kimberly-Clark, leading the commercial transformation of the company in Italy.
Before joining Kimberly-Clark, Claudio worked at Mondelēz International, where they played a key role in planning and executing sales strategies on a global scale. Claudio led the Global Impulse CoE and Global Sales-Perfect Store Acceleration Trade Marketing team, focusing on market mapping and gap analysis. Claudio also worked at Kraft Foods OpCo (HQ) GmbH, where they were responsible for sales strategy development and implementation, and at Kraft Jacobs Suchard - UK, where they managed trade marketing and revenue management for the coffee business.
Earlier in their career, Claudio gained experience at organizations like Kraft Foods, where they worked as a Trade Marketing Supervisor, and Unilever Italy, where they held the role of Trade Operations Junior Manager. Claudio began their career at Accenture (former Andersen Consulting) as an Assistant in the Finance Division.
