Hannah Huegel

Hannah Huegel is the Head of Human Resources at Zonos. Hannah has extensive experience in recruiting and HR management, having worked as a Recruiter at Staples and as an HR Manager at Evergreen Outdoor Center and Vail Resorts. In their current role, they are responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that support the company's business goals. Hannah has been instrumental in setting up efficient recruiting and onboarding processes, launching and evaluating benefits and total rewards programs, and supporting manager capabilities through performance management, process improvement, training, accountability, and guidance. Hannah is also skilled in employee relations and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Hannah Huegel has a JD from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where they graduated with honors. Hannah also has a BA in Political Science from Middlebury College, where they graduated cum laude. Hannah is certified by HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and by the Human Capital Institute (HCI) as a Strategic Workforce Planning. Hannah is also certified by SHRM as a SHRM-SCP (SHRM Senior Certified Professional).

They are on a team with Jenny Meads - Director of Marketing and Communications, Aaron Bezzant - Head of Global Trade, and Ryan Burton - Chief Product Officer. Hannah Huegel reports to Clint Reid, CEO.
