Jessica Silva has three years of work experience. Jessica began their career in 2014 as an ESOL Paraprofessional at Jenkins Middle School, where they assisted ELL/ESOL students utilizing relevant strategies in the basic subject content areas and supervised students at lunch, study time, and in other assigned areas. In 2018, they joined Orange County Library System as a Youth Services, Reference Clerk. Currently, Jessica is employed as a Client Success Specialist at Zoobean since 2021.

Jessica Silva obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Services from the University of Colorado Denver in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Library Technology from Pueblo Community College in 2016. Additionally, they hold a Certified Network Professional (CNP) certification from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance.
