Diego Sandin

Diego Sandin has been working in the software engineering industry since 2004. In 2004, they began as a Test Engineer Resident at CIn/Motorola. In 2005, they began working at CESAR as a System Engineer, where they worked as a technical leader on the development of a music player and an eBook reader for Android. In 2008, they joined the Eclipse Foundation as a Mobile Tools for Java Committer and Build Engineer, responsible for the design and implementation of new features and maintaining the build infrastructure. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at Rakuten Kobo Inc. as a Principal Developer and Senior Mobile Apps Developer. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Zoocasa.

Diego Sandin began their educational journey in 2001 when they earned a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Centro Universitário de João Pessoa. Diego then went on to complete a Especialization in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco in 2005. In 2006, Diego began a Masters program in Computer Science at the same university, but did not complete it. In November 2022, Diego obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
