Doug Vukasovic has an extensive work history in sales and marketing. Doug began their career in 2004 as Business Development Manager at Coca Cola. During their three years in this role, they developed and executed client specific business plans to drive volume and profitability, customized and created new pricing strategies, merchandising agreements and promotional programs, and built strong client relationships. Doug also over-delivered on the business plan by 25% over the last two years. In 2007, they moved to Sony Music Entertainment as National Account Manager, where they established comprehensive sales and marketing plans, negotiated and administered customer specific procurement agreements, developed in-store merchandising activities, and prepared monthly sales and volume forecasts. In 2008, they joined Johnson & Johnson as Manager of Sales Strategy, responsible for developing the strategic direction for retail sales and marketing plans for assigned brands. In 2012, they moved to Coty Canada as Manager of Customer Marketing, where they established the Fragrance and Personal Care Customer Marketing role, reported directly to the VP of Sales, and spearheaded the development of best in class 4P's trade fundamentals. Finally, in 2014, they began working as a Sales Representative at Zoocasa, where they offer a unique and personal approach to solving real estate needs. Doug has been able to hone their skill set and provide a service level that sets him apart.
