As the Founder of Upsum, since February 2022, Tom consults for purpose-driven start-ups, scale-ups, and Web3 DAOs, emphasizing financial product accessibility for unbanked and marginalized communities. Previously, Tom held the role of Strategy Director at Manifesto Digital from January 2016 to August 2021, delivering transformative digital experiences, and co-founded the award-winning agency Creative Cherry, serving as Director from August 2006 to January 2016. Early career experiences include copywriting for notable brands and agencies at Ogilvy, Redwood, and as a freelance writer, alongside contributions to Esquire Magazine.
