Margarita Khait

Margarita Khait has extensive experience in learning and development roles. Margarita is currently the Director of Learning Experience at Zoomin since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Riskified from July 2018 to June 2021, first as a Training and Learning Content Developer and then as an Instructional Design Team Lead. Before joining Riskified, Margarita was a Learning and Development Specialist at KPMG Russia from April 2012 to May 2018. Margarita started their career as an HR Intern at BNP Paribas in September 2011, where they worked until December 2011.

From 2006 to 2011, Margarita Khait attended Moscow State Linguistic University and obtained a degree in Pedagogical Psychology. Then, from 2006 to 2012, they also attended the Russian State University of Trade and Economics, where they earned a Master's degree in Personnel Management.
