Allanna H. is a seasoned professional in user experience design and podcasting, currently serving as a Co-Founder, Podcast Host, and Design Coach at Cut The Design Crap since September 2024. Allanna leads UX product design as Director at ZoomInfo, having previously held roles as Senior Manager and Manager of UX/UI at the same company. With extensive experience across various organizations, including User Experience Consultancy, Altran, Honeywell, NTT DATA, Keane, IBM, Fidelity Investments, and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Allanna has consistently driven product design strategies, user experience innovations, and team leadership. Currently pursuing an MBA at William Jewell College, Allanna holds a B.F.A. in Illustration & Design from Syracuse University and further education in Internet Systems Management from Bentley University.
