Alyce Thibodeaux

Alyce Thibodeaux is an accomplished professional in customer success, currently serving as Director of Customer Success for Emerging Products and for Chorus & Engage at ZoomInfo since July 2021. Alyce is also a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software, where engagement with industry leaders is fostered through monthly coaching sessions. Prior to ZoomInfo, Alyce led the Enterprise and Strategic Customer Success organization at Chorus.ai and held multiple customer success roles, receiving numerous accolades including Chorus CSM of the Year and Customer Experience Award. A foundational career includes positions at Poll Everywhere, DragonDev, and Inspire Commerce, alongside academic contributions as an Instructor at the University of Colorado Boulder. Alyce holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and English from Louisiana State University.
