Fernando Farias Finocchiaro

Fernando Farias Finocchiaro has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Fernando started their career at Sequoia Soluções Logísticas, where they worked as a Coordinator for clients such as REDE (REDECARD) and CIELO (VISANET). In this role, they managed mission-critical operations, incidents, and monitoring, serving as the interface with clients for new projects and opportunities.

Fernando then moved on to work at Rede as a Consultant, where they were responsible for coordinating Incident Management and Monitoring. Fernando successfully reduced incident calls and costs through the implementation of a factory support model.

Following this, Fernando joined Cielo as a Gerente de Serviços de TI (IT Services Manager). Fernando Farias Finocchiaro completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology Management from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, during the years 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their undergraduate degree in Administration with a focus on Systems from Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André, between 2004 and 2007.
