Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson

Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Software at Houseful, leading P&L and operational teams within the UK’s largest property software group since September 2023. In addition to this role, Riccardo is a Board Trustee at Child Autism UK and has held various executive positions, including COO, VP of Software, and Director of Product across multiple subsidiaries of Houseful, such as Alto, Zoopla, and Jupix since November 2022. Previously, Riccardo founded Yourkeys, a platform for housebuilders and estate agents, and served as CEO until its acquisition by Zoopla. Early career highlights include founding AYA Clothing and Pink Design, and working as an Architectural Designer at Gensler. Educational achievements include a Master’s in Architecture from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s in Planning and Development from Birmingham City University.
