Milena Scekic

Milena Scekic is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across renowned companies. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at zooplus since March 2024, Milena previously held the position of Director of Global Talent Management and Learning at Getir from December 2021 to March 2024. At Amazon, from November 2019 to December 2021, Milena worked as a Senior HR Business Partner for the Consumer sector in Germany. Milena's earlier tenure at PepsiCo spanned over a decade, where roles included HR Director for Corporate Finance and HR, and Director of Performance Management and Improvement, among others, driving significant initiatives such as the redesign of PepsiCo's Performance Management Process. Additionally, foundational HR roles were undertaken at British American Tobacco, including compensation and benefits coordination. Milena holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade.
