Rajinder Singh is a Senior Analyst and Data Scientist at zooplus since April 2021, specializing in supply chain management and data-driven decision-making through various forecasting techniques. Prior experience includes a tenure at Fractal Analytics from November 2014 to March 2022, where Rajinder served as a Senior Data Scientist/Consultant, focusing on predictive modeling to enhance contract renewals and reduce customer churn. Rajinder also developed a comprehensive CRM framework during this period and designed a self-serving platform for performance evaluation in the banking sector.
