Ashwanikumar Upadhyay

Ashwanikumar Upadhyay is a Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in optimizing assembly and test processes across various industries. Currently at Zoox since July 2022, Ashwanikumar focuses on creating standard work procedures and implementing process improvements using Lean methodologies. Previously, Ashwanikumar worked at Particle Measuring Systems, where responsibilities included performing root cause analysis, leading new product development initiatives, and enhancing process efficiencies. Other roles include Automation Controls Engineer with expertise in designing automation systems and project documentation, along with an internship at Epiroc where significant improvements in production time were achieved through Lean principles. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
