Christie Barrows

Christie Barrows is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in inclusion and diversity, employee engagement, and human resources. Currently serving as Program Manager for Inclusion & Diversity at Zoox since October 2022, Christie previously held multiple roles at Intel Corporation from July 2011 to October 2022, including Employee Engagement Program Manager, Human Resources Program Manager, and Program Manager for People Operations. Notable accomplishments include receiving the Group Recognition Award for leadership summit execution and a division award for integrating culture and strategy for new employees. Christie's background includes managing social media initiatives for Geeks Who Drink and participating in HR strategies during an internship at Intel. Graduating from the University of Richmond in 2011, Christie holds a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics, complemented by a minor in Leadership Studies.
