Markus Jost

Markus Jost is an experienced professional in vehicle safety and engineering with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Vehicle Safety and Vehicle Integration at Zoox since April 2017, Markus has previously held senior management roles at Qoros Auto, where responsibilities included vehicle safety system integration and safety engineering from February 2013 to March 2017. Prior to that, Markus spent ten years at Key Safety Systems, leading global engineering efforts for seatbelts and directing the technical development center for airbags, steering wheels, and seat belts in Shanghai. Markus holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from Fachhochschule Wiesbaden, completed in 1996.
