Ned Shelton is an experienced engineer with a strong background in robotics and electrical integration. Currently serving as an Electrical Integration Engineer at Zoox since February 2019 and as a Software Automation Engineer at HighRes Biosolutions since May 2017, Shelton has developed skills in real-time systems and automation. Prior experience includes an Electrical Engineering Internship at Amazon Robotics, where Shelton worked on developing a real-time localization system, and a Robotics Internship at Kairos Autonomi, contributing to the design and field testing of robotic systems for unexploded ordinance clearance. Additionally, as Project Manager and Electrical Lead for the UXO Grazer Lemelson-MIT Inventeam, Sheldon led the development of an autonomous robot for detecting unexploded ordnance. Shelton holds a Bachelor of Science in Robotics Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, obtained in 2015.
